The Works Depot is a multi functional department responsible for capital works programs and the maintenance of Administration property and equipment. |

| Mechanical |
| The Mechanical section will continue to
provide all sections of the Administration with good service, providing a wide and diverse
range of assistance, namely vehicle maintenance, servicing and detailing, welding and
fabricating, panel and paint repairs, as well as various plant and equipment repairs. |
| Roads |
| Re-sealing of roads had commenced to stabilise roads that are due for maintenance. The Works Depot now has a good stock of materials and re-construction of roads will continue through the year. |
| Grounds and Public Places |
| This section provides regular garbage collection in public places, and
barbecue areas, and is also responsible for cleaning of public conveniences (including
KAVHA), bathing sheds and maintaining Administration grounds/picnic areas (except KAVHA)
including the Bicentennial Centre, Burnt Pine and the School Oval. |
