This website was developed in 2001 as a result of a financial grant awarded, on merit, to Norfolk Island  by the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, an international organisation of which Norfolk Island is a Member and which has its Headquarters in London, United Kingdom.  The information contained

The site was Dedicated to the "Youth of the World ... A New Generation"... at the Norfolk Island Central School on the occasion of Commonwealth Day, 12 March 2001.  It demonstrates Democracy in Action on Norfolk Island.
