Administrative Review Tribunal (ART)
"Members of the Administrative Review Tribunal are appointed under the provisions
of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 1996 by the Administrator and consist
of a President, (the Chief Magistrate of the ACT), a Deputy President, the senior
member who are required to be enrolled as legal practitioners of the High Court
or of the Supreme Court of a State or Territory for not less than five years,
and ordinary members. A member of the Public Service is appointed as the Secretary
of the Tribunal.
